A LITTLE ABOUT ME...

Hi! My name is Kristen Mastrandrea and I'm a driven Graphic Designer with over 6 years of experience in the field. I was an Associate Graphic Designer & Palette Specialist at The Children's Place where ran new department of color selection and palettes for Table Graphics t-shirts for Boys & Girls. I was also responsible for ensuring our designs go out for Production with the proper colors and techniques called out. Additionally, I consistently designed best-selling graphics for the Girls' Graphics team

 

I majored in Communication Arts with a concentration in Visual Communication Design - Graphic Design for short. I have always had an interest in art growing up. Anything that remotely involved creativity, I was immediately drawn to it. Later on, I gained an interest in technology and the digital side of art, propelling me to pursue a degree in Graphic Design.

I have interned at Tranquility49, a small PR firm, working with clients on branding, working with social media, and creating a client kit to display their services. I also have a background in customer service, problem solving, and working in a team from various other work experiences. My best friend and I also co-founded an e-commerce site where we sell stickers, bookmarks, etc called Midnight Trinkets.

Outside of Graphic Design, I love being well versed in all things pop culture. You can find me watching the latest in movies and television, cozying up with my Mini Australian Shepherd and a good cup of tea.
